Online Ordering - Report Problems Here  (N/A)

 

 

This thread is for anyone who experiences a problem placing an order for a CD on this web site. 

We use PayPal to process our orders.  With PayPal, all you need to process your order is a major credit card.  A PayPal account is not necessary.  If you have a major credit card, or even a debit card with the Mastercard or Visa logos on it, you can process your payment through our site with no problems.

However, we do realize that problems will occur from time to time.

Our online store features a link to this exact thread.  In order to place an order here, you must register, so anyone experiencing a problem with our ordering process is a registered member of this site (because you need to register to order), so there are no extra steps involved in getting support for ordering.   You place your order, if you have problems, you post a message here to let us know.  When you post your message here, I will receive an email notifying me of your post and I will reply as soon as I can. 

I am on the East Coast of the United States and generally availabl;e to look into problems from 6am to 6pm Eastern Time (US)

I hope to have the ordering up and running, including taking Pre-Orders for Black & White, by 4-10-09  Stay tuned.

Hmmm. Have there been problems with orders?  I hope that mine went through okay.

To my knowledge, there have been no ordering problems.  We had a small, quick glitch with shipping charges not being assessed to the first few orders, but other than that the system has run very smoothly.....

However, I have been involved in a variety of eCommerce projects and no matter how hard you try, there are always going to be some problems.....people using weird, out-dated browsers, or browsers that are overly bloated with add-ons, etc.

I started this thread simply to give customers an obvious place to go to report issues with ordering.

Thanks for the update, Barry.  Although I believe that I was probably one of the first few to order, so now you've got me more worried.

I'm not sure I follow, Scott.  You should not expect to see anything until next week at the very soonest. 

This is from the ordering page:

 

Shipping within the UK will be 7 days, shipping within Europe will be 14 days and US/Asia/Australia will be a maximum of 21 days.

 

Doesn't matter if you were the first to pre-order or the last to pre-order.  If you pre-ordered, your order was shipped at the exact same time as the rest of the pre-orders: May 11, 2009.  Depending on where you live (you are in Colorado, USA) the package could take anywhere from 7 to 21 days to arrive.
